Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order number).

  • The item is not a personalised or custom-made product, unless it is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to:

  • Request a repair, replacement, or full refund.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Please notify us as soon as possible (within 7 days of noticing the issue) with clear photos and a description of the problem.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless defective)

  • Items returned after 7 days without prior communication

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a courier collection at no cost to you.


How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation.

  3. Package your item securely and include your order details.

  4. Send or await courier collection as arranged.
